Summer Open House

Delightful exhibition at London Glassblowing of works by a variety of glass craftspeople that have come together for this annual summer show.

I liked Baldwin & Guggisberg’s lovely large vases with matt raised glass with two colours behind it. Also Peter Layton’s work for the National Gallery based on Van Gogh’s sunflowers.

I also liked some works inspired by the garden at Highgrove commissioned for Fortum and Mason’s which were rather Monet like. Plus Bruce Mark’s matt blue tall bases with bright red glass inside.
