Design drawings from the High Renaissance

Small exhibition at the Courtauld Gallery of design drawings from the Italian High Renaissance to accompany the “Love and Marriage in Renaissance Florence” exhibition.

The exhibition included designs for tapestry, silverware, architecture, ceramics and furniture. My favourite was a design for a tureen by Guilio Romano with a fantastic goat’s bottom!
